Abstract:
In the context of digital transformation, innovation changes and the growing uncertainty, the significance and role of the human capital are growing to ensure the high level of the economic growth and sustainable development of the economics. The active use of know ledge, human cognitive and creative abilities as the basis of socio-economic and technological development is becoming a feature of the new technological order and intellectual economics. The article deals with the problem of developing an employee’s digital twin to manage the human capital of a company. The author suggests an approach to creating a digital twin of the company employee which is a digital model that characterizes their profile and behaviour at the workplace while fulfilling professional tasks and includes personal, social and behavioral characteristics of the employee. The digital twin is associated with the concept of individual human capital as a person’s personal, professional and social resources that determine their productivity in the workplace and can become a source of income.  The digital twin of an employee involves a human capital assessment model and a management model for individual career paths. The human capital assessment model is designed to measure it based on the characteristics of health quality, professional and supra-professional competencies, motivation and social skills. The management model uses machine learning algorithms with reinforcement, creates the optimal control mode and represents a consistent set of programmatic measures (management decisions) aimed at employee development, taking into account his changing individual characteristics. The results of the introduction of an employee’s digital twin are of high practical importance, as they make it possible to increase employees’ productivity and the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole in the shortest possible time.
