One of the key projects aimed at improving the quality of public and municipal services sold under the Concept of administrative barriers and improve access to public services in the Russ ian Federation for 2011–2013 is to create and develop a network of multi-functional centers of public and municipal services (hereinafter - MFC) on the principle of "one window".
