Abstract: Instability of the Russian banking system is an actual problem of the modern reality in our county. License revocation of the credit institution is an extreme measure. Effective way out of the insolvency crisis is financial recovery as measures. This mechanism will be demonstrated at the example of the JSCB «Solidarity».
