Abstract:
The research makes a case for necessity of bankruptcy factors monitoring as a condition for a company’s strategic development. Any organization needs a development strategy and has to identify the optimal way of its implementation to minimize bankruptcy risks as well as to achieve stated objectives and sustainable development. When doing the strategic analysis you should take into account the following risks: 1) errors in its implementation; 2) lack of the strategy adjustment for the key factors identified in the strategic analysis and taken as a basis of the developed strategy. The research is focused on the above mentioned issues.
