Abstract:
In article the concept of crisis management is considered. The main reasons compelling catering establishments are systematized to apply measures of crisis management. The main actions for overcoming of a crisis situation in the organization are offered. The actual issue of influence of food embargo on restaurant business in Russia is touched and possible ways of its decision are presented.
