Abstract: The article discusses the current state of Russian economy, analyses the causes of the crisis 2014-2015 and their influence on the stability of Russian enterprises.The author proposes the introduction ofpreventive crisis management and crisis management in formation system in the management of the company as a way to anticipate and prevent crises.
