Abstract:
The article discusses the current state of the Russian oil complex, as well as the evolution of its development. The structure of the Russian oil complex in accordance with the theory of institutionalism define its main challenges and trends.It was found that the basis of extensive growth of the Russian oil refining industry is the economic trilemma "pricing environment, the distribution of the tax burden between production and processing, which generates economic benefits in the form of higher profit margin from refining crude oil to petroleum products.
