Abstract:
The state-owned companies is a complex structure consisting of a large number of components. For successful operation of the entire system requires that each employee contributed to the achievement of the strategic goals of the company. The article describes the basic principles of employee motivation and their involvement in the process of achieving the strategic goals of companies with state participation.
