Abstract:
In recent years the issue of raising management efficiency of state-owned enterprises became significant. The balanced scorecard and key performance indicators are the basic tools to measure management efficiency. The article describes the stages of implementation of the BSC and KPI and the KPI systems. The article also highlighted the problems and prospects of development of these strategic tools.
