PUBLIC AND NON-PUBLIC COMPANIES: THE LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITES

Abstract: Reform of corporate law has changed the usual understanding of the classification of business entities. In place of open and closed societies came to public and non-public joint stock companies. Private companies as an organizational form no longer exists. In this regard, the company had difficulties with the definition of their status.
