Abstract:
In a market economy the success of industrial enterprises depends on their ability to survive, efficiency, productivity and competitiveness, which are determined by the level of modern management. The article reveals the importance of targeted organizational changes for the survival and flexible response to business dynamically changing market conditions, including by overcoming inertia and stagnation in the system of connections and relationships in governance structures.
