Abstract: Russia economy level of innovation development is analyzed in the article. Key directions of industry technological modernization are determined. This article was prepared within the framework of fundamental scientific research on the topic «Basic research to identify long-term trends of scientific and technological development of the regions of Russia and their impact on the economy and quality of life» in the framework of the program of the Presidium of RAS «Analysis and forecast long-term trends in scientific and technological development: Russia and the world».
