Abstract: In present conditions, the future development of the theory of the management is based on new methodological approaches and principles. The system of the management is seen as a unity of the following elements: the mechanism, the process, the structural relations and the resources of the management. In the article, a new classification of the principles of the management is presented, and also a multidimensional model of the process of the management in three dimensional measurement, on the basic of which a new approach to the formation of structural relations in the organization.
