Abstract:
In modern conditions most clearly manifest differences in human capital. We believe that human capital is the foundation of effective functioning and competitiveness of the organization of any organizational-legal form. One of the hallmarks of his classification is the qualification of its speakers. They point out unskilled workers and intellectual labor, as well as top managers. In this article formulates the requirements for human capital to meet the requirements of a market economy in modern conditions.
