Abstract:
In this article the methodological aspects of the modern concepts of the regional development are observed: spatial polarization, diffusion of innovations, axises of growth, stable and safe growth. On the basis of this analysis the main determinants of social-economic development are formed. The development of the region is considered as a multidimensional, multipurpose, multivariative and multicriterionprocess . The necessity of the usage of the spatial development in the practice of development of programs and strategies of individual regions' development has been proved. The author observes propulsive branches, economic potential, points of growth; the necessity, the aim and the task to form industrial-innovative clusters of the Crimean Republic. For this Russian Federation's region it could be a possibility of transition from the category «donor» into the category «recipient».
