WHETHER PENSION SYSTEM SHOULD BE USED AS INSTRUMENT OF FINANCIAL SYSTEM

Abstract: In the article, the author considers relations between the financial and social aspects of the pension system taking into account provisions of the Russian Constitution stating that Russia is a social state. It is shown that the pension system should have complex impact on citizens, it should not be only an instrument of their financial coverage in case of disablement.
