INTEGRATION OF COMPANIES WITHIN M&A TRANSACTIONS: SCENARIOS AND ACTIVITIES

Abstract: The paper deals with the approaches, used by German enterprises within integration process of M&A–transactions. Furthermore, attention is also paid to the activities that need to be planned in the various fields of companies' practices aimed on improving the efficiency of M&A – transactions. The conclusions are supported by the results of empirical studies.
