Abstract: The article deals with two promising in the field of crisis management areas of road transport operator - logistics cooperation with the generation of new and additional logistics services and the development of models of modernization of the material base of the outsourcer to reduce logistics costs, concludes the need for comprehensive implementation of two directions.
