IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF REHABILITATION POTENTIAL BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURES IN RUSSIA

Abstract: Author analyzed efficiency of bankruptcy procedures in Russia for the period from 2003 to 2015 and studied the bankruptcy models. It is defined, that the efficiency of bankruptcy procedures is to maintain the business of debtor with the change of ownership regardless of the liquidation of the debtor as a legal entity. Author offered measures to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation potential bankruptcy procedures: developing of instruments of financial and economic feasibility of decisions and changes in the concept of rehabilitation of bankruptcy procedures.
