THE VALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE TERRITORIAL CLUSTERS

Abstract: The article notes that the advantage and novelty of the cluster approach is that it gives high importance to the microeconomic component, as well as to the territorial and social aspects of economic development. In addition, it offers effective tools for regional development stimulation, which manifests in increasing employment, the competitiveness of regional production systems, budget revenues, etc. However, this direction in Russia's economic practice is poorly understood: there is no integrated system for measuring their performance. Therefore, this article presents the method of quantitative analysis of the functioning of territorial clusters developed by the author.
