Abstract: From positions of current trends of development of post-industrial society J. K. Gelbreyt's thesis that in corporations the real power not owners, and infrastructure possess is considered. The author's interpretation of J. K. Gelbreyt's views which have occurred tectonic shift in the views of sources of the power in business in postidustrialny economy relative formulated during an era of industrial society is given.
