Abstract:
The article attempts to investigate the factors that influence the growth and performance of small and medium-sized businesses in the milling and cereal industry. Based on the analysis, the following key factors are identified: intra-organizational elements, such as the company's resources, its capabilities and organizational structure, experience and competence level, a business environment that includes a microlevel and a macrolevel.
