Abstract: The paper covers issues of improvement of the financial stability of enterprises as a structural balance of their own and debt funds and deals with factors, which have an impact on financial stability. Since companies cannot develop and function normally in an unstable environment, impact of crisis processes and uncertainty factor in evaluation of financial stability of the enterprise are discussed in detail.
