Abstract: For many enterprises face the problem of inefficient risk management, which, as a result, is manifested in the reduction of development potential and as an extreme stage manifests in the form of the crisis of socio-economic system. For the purpose of timely identification of threats, identification of development factors and preventive measures in the e-mail: framework of crisis management of enterprise it is expedient to introduce a system of early warning and response [1;2].
