New challenges of the "fourth industrial revolution": towards gender equality

Abstract: The "Fourth Industrial Revolution" influences the labor market. On the one hand, «Industry 4.0» contributes to the emergence of new skills and professions, on the other hand, it opens up new opportunities, especially for women. The article discusses the prospects for reducing gender inequality under the influence of the "fourth industrial revolution" regarding Russia. This study covers perspective corporate strategies that could reduce gender discrimination.
