Abstract: From positions of current trends of development of post-industrial society J. K. Gelbreyt's thesis that the technostructure plans work of corporation for the years ahead is considered. The author's treatment occurred tectonic shift in views of scheduling of corporation a technostructure concerning J. K. Gelbreyt's views formulated during an era of industrial society is given.
