Abstract: Тhe article is devoted to motivational aspects of the quality of services in the sphere of state control. The lack of the proper system of evaluation complicates the implementation an effective system of quality management. Problems of quality management in organizations are inextricably linked to issues of motivation. Nonfinancial methods of motivation proposed as the most perspective.
