Model of obtaining competitive advantages by the companies of the restaurant industry in the russian market

Abstract: The article presents the main results of research study, the purpose of which was to identify the main competitive advantages of the companies of Russian restaurant industry. Speaking about the state of the restaurant business market in Russia today, it should be noted that the market of services depends on the overall economic performance of the country. Creation and development of competitive advantages will help the restaurant not to lose its market share.
