Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of interaction between customs authorities and participants in foreign economic activity, ways of developing the customs system and supporting business through the introduction of modern information technologies, a comparative analysis of key indicators of assessing the quality of customs services in accordance with the road map " 10 steps towards the business "and the indicators presented in the existing system for assessing the performance of customs bodies of Russia Federation.
