Abstract: In this article the study of the problem of developing high-tech industries on the example of economic activity «Manufacture of office machinery and computing machinery» was reviewed, the process of targeting of innovation, identifies «points of growth» in the Russian economy isdescribed, the analysis of them and the forecast of the indicator of the volume of innovative goodshave been carried out.
