Abstract:
The institution of bankruptcy is one of the institutions, without which the existence and development of a market economy is impossible. In bankruptcy, various institutions interact with each other: organizations, citizens, and the state. In this connection, the analysis of the interaction of all the above institutions is relevant. The article shows the statistics of bankruptcies, the relationship between organizations, citizens and the state in the bankruptcy process.
