Abstract: The article deals with topical issues of creating and operating a commercial organization management system. from the standpoint of modern practice. Analyzed opportunities to ensure more effective management of the organization. In today’s dynamic innovation economy, in order to achieve the strategic goals of business structures, it is necessary to carry out systematic work to improve the organization’s management process and deliver targeted strategic targets to employees to increase their motivation and integration into business processes.
