Abstract: Effective development of the agri-food complex is impossible without an appropriate socio-economic mechanism. The article reflects the study of the improvement of the mechanism of socio-economic development of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) on the basis of the development of network interactions in modern conditions. The rationale for the prospects of using the cluster-network approach in the economy of the regional agro-industrial complex is presented, since the study of regional network interactions within the framework of the formation and development of agro-industrial clusters currently deserves special attention.
