OPTIMIZATION OF KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION EXCHANGE IN RESEARCH ON PERFORMANCE OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract:
Knowledge management is an independent branch of knowledge closely related to the quality management, and such relationship is reflected in the requirements for establishing, implementing and improving the accessibility of knowledge, as we as for assessing the level of knowledge set in the latest version of ISO 9001. Updating of ISO 9001 encourages organizations to optimize the exchange of information and knowledge to form and develop critical competences of organization, including for evaluation of the performance of the quality management system. Such optimization can be achieved by means of analytical study on scientific knowledge systems and simulation of interrelationship between the processes of monitoring, evaluation and sharing of knowledge, and their role in the formation of various competences. The paper offers a model of interrelationship between the knowledge evaluation and management to improve the important ability of organization to profit from the lessons of the past.
