Abstract:
The modern direction of state policy of any country, including Russia, is the modernization of the economy by innovative methods using high-tech production. Human capital is one of the most important factors in ensuring successful innovative development in the context of widespread digitalization. The article considers the analysis of investment in human capital in order to ensure the long-term development of business entities. In addition, preprint is the development of a correlation and regression model for determining the innovative activity of an enterprise and the impact of human resources on it. In the future, a major study is planned with the testing of this model.
