PENSION SYSTEM IN A CHANGING GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract: In the article, based on the analysis of tendencies observed in the 1st quarter 2020, the author proves that the paradigm of the pension system should be changed, in particular, it is necessary to abandon the insurance model of the pension system and the approach to financing pensions from the federal budget.
