DECISION-MAKING IN RETAIL SALES USING THE METHODS OF GAME THEORY

Abstract: The paper considers the application of game theory in the process of retail sales by organizations. As a result of the research, the concept of game theory is defined, and methods that can be used for making decisions and choosing strategies in retail trade using game theory are shown. The expediency of using game theory for decision-making in retail sales is proved by the example.
