Abstract: The instability of both external and internal conditions for the functioning of WSS organizations gives rise to increased requirements for the quality of enterprise management. The need to search for more and more effective and perfect management systems for municipal unitary enterprises, ensuring the viability and stability of the enterprise in difficult economic conditions, determines the relevance of the introduction of controlling. The article analyzes the features of the financial and economic activities of water and wastewater services organizations that affect the choice of forms and methods of organizing the controlling system.
