FEATURES OF EMAIL MARKETING APPLICATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES MARKET

Abstract: Despite the rapid growth of innovative promotion tools, some traditional marketing communications do not lose their relevance and effectiveness in the market. In recent years, email marketing has evolved to meet new market conditions, and occupies a major share in communication with customers, along with sms-messages and social media networks. The article attempts to identify the features of the practical application of email marketing in the educational market. The scientific novelty consists in the use of the A/B testing method to optimize marketing campaigns and increase sales conversion.
