Abstract:
At the moment, most of the traditional methods of project management are beginning to become outdated, due to the rapidly changing external environment, in this regard, it is more rational to introduce technologies that can provide flexibility in project management, one of the most used technologies today is Scrum from Agile that increases productivity and efficiency. This article analyzes the effectiveness of using Agile technology in various campaigns. The article will be of interest primarily to those who work on projects and want to achieve effective planning in creating their product.
