PROBLEMS OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF FOREIGN GOODS IN DOCUMENTS

Abstract: The article discusses some aspects of the import of foreign goods into the territory of the Russian Federation. In particular, the main focus is on documenting information about the quantity of goods. Based on the results of the analysis, practical problems of customs clearance of foreign goods were revealed in case of discrepancy in information about the number of goods in the documents, the need to solve which determined the relevance of the article. The article presents the author's algorithm of the importer's actions in case of discrepancy of information about the quantity of goods in documents, the implementation of which in practice will ensure high efficiency of customs clearance of foreign goods.
