To achieve this objective, the following tasks were set and solved: theoretical and practical aspects of the digital transformation of the economic infrastructure of China were studied, systematized and generalized; The digital transformation of China's economic infrastructure was found to be in line with the directions and objectives outlined in the government programs and plans of the PRC Government and the Communist Party of China, including the "Digital China" and "Digital Silk Road" strategies, which play a key role in the digital transformation of China's economic infrastructure. Recommendations were formulated for adapting China's positive experience to the digital transformation of Russia's economic infrastructure. The study utilized general scientific research methods: analysis and synthesis. Russian, Chinese, and other international sources served as the theoretical and methodological basis for the study. The study's scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive nature of the analysis and the presentation of the essence of all programs and plans of the PRC Government and the CPC aimed at the digital transformation of China's economic infrastructure. The study achieved its stated goal: it identified the specifics of the digital transformation of China's economic infrastructure, which consists of implementing digitalization based on an active government policy and significant government investment in all areas of the digital transformation of China's economic infrastructure. The results of the study led to the conclusion that China has competitive advantages in the digital transformation of economic infrastructure and, due to these advantages, has every reason to become a prototype for the digital transformation of the Russian economic infrastructure.Â
