A. N. Golovina (), E. L. Andreeva () and A. V. Ratner ()

International Trade and Trade Policy, issue 2

Abstract: The article describes economic preconditions of development of Eurasian integration and its stages. The conclusion is made that quantitative effect of integration within Eurasian economic union is positive - in the part of both of trade and of investments - however it’s impacted by world economic crisis. Favorable factor for development of economic partnership of Russia with its countries-partners by Eurasian integration is that its trade with them more than with developed countries promotes the development of Russian mechanical engineering. It can be seen also on the level of a region - on the example of Sverdlovsk region, - that has cooperation relations and agreements about partnership with regions of Kazakhstan and other countries of Eurasian integration.
