Abstract:
The article tells about the experience of strategic planning of the Mordovian state University. In the basis of the university management is linear-functional model, the lines of which are: decentralization of management is the delegation of powers and responsibilities, including financial activity, the structural subdivisions of the university (faculties and institutes), the creation of new specialized institutions at the university level, as well as the creation of new specialized structures, ensuring the implementation of the matrix of the model of management by areas of activity.
