Deconflictization of management processes as a characteristic of management work quality

Abstract: The author of the article presents definition of a conflict conception and outlines classification group of conflicts. The article considers the conditions of management work quality and comprises ways of managing conflicts - economic, legal, ethnic-cultural, physiological, political way and etc.
