Problems of quality assurance for joint academic programs

Abstract:
In the article there is made a problem analysis of quality assurance for joint academic programs as a satisfaction degree of customers, their expectations and needs. The author considers as customers students, participating in programs, administration and professors of universities-participants, employers, regional and federal authorities. The material is illustrated with case-studies from St-Petersburg State Electro-Technical University practice.
