University Management: Practice and Analysis, issue 6

Abstract: The following article presents issues on innovations in education, such as participation in Bologna process and Bologna declaration as well as multi-level training of specialists. The authors bring up questions that Russian science and education faces nowadays, such as weak influx of young specialists. At the same time the author speaks about the program for young scientists and post-graduate students.
