University discipline management system: program-oriented approach

Abstract:
This case type article is devoted to the analysis of university discipline management system on the basis of program target approach on the example of PSU. The article presents examples of several managerial solutions on devel- oping trainees' activities: science, innovation, professional competencies, culture and creativity, sport and healthy life, volunteering and social design, historic and patriotic development, cross-cultural dialogue, student information resources, international cooperation, social standards and student rights. The article contains results of analysis on efficacy of program target approach in organizing discipline control at PSU during five years.
