Technology of fundamental functional competences model development for the University personnel in the context of improving competitiveness

Abstract: The article focuses on the HR management issues in the University while implementing the program of competitive growth. Technology of psychological profile model development and fundamental functional competences of the University personnel has been proposed as well as expert assessment of peculiar competences attribution to different types of functions. Competences models for assistant and candidate to management succession pool have been introduced.
