Graduates in the labor market: monitoring indicators and limiters of profiled employment

Abstract:
The exhaustive content of profiled employment monitoring system of graduates is substantiated. The existing clusters of graduates were identified and the characteristics depending on different factors were given. The analysis of the parameters by type of employment identified key labor market limits which are hindering the growth of values of the index "employment in the specialty".
